Yummy Salad
/1 bag baby spinach
Craisins – to taste
Feta cheese - to taste
Chopped pecans-to taste
Dressing:
¾ cup Apple cider vinegar
¾ cup Olive Oil
¾ cup sugar
Directions: Whisk together dressing. I added the dressing to the individual servings.
DO NOT refrigerate dressing. Lasts for several weeks.
Comment: This is an easy salad to take to a party.
