Lobster Bisque

6 ½ oz. lobster meat

1/3 cup sherry

¼ cup butter

3 T. flour

3 cups milk (at least 2%)

1 tsp. steak sauce

Dash seasoned salt

Dash salt

Dash pepper

Directions:  Separate meat into small pieces, put in bowl and cover with sherry.  Let 

stand for 20 minutes.  In top part of double boiler, over simmering water, melt butter.  

Blend in flour.  Gradually add milk and cook, stirring until thick.  Season with steak 

sauce, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper.  Add soaked lobster with sherry.  Simmer 

covered for 10 minutes.

Pepperoni Pie Squares

1 ½ cups flour 2 cups milk

2 eggs 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed

1 pkg. sliced pepperoni 8 oz., chopped

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Coat 9”x13” baking dish with nonstick 

cooking spray.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Pour into baking dish.  

Bake 25-35 minutes until top is golden.  Cool slightly then cut into squares

Comment:  Serve with marinara sauce.

Shrimp Won Tons

1package Won Tons. 40 whole shrimp

4 oz. cream cheese 1/3 cup chopped onion

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Old Bay seasoning

4 T. butter, melted

Directions:  Set aside 24 whole cooked shrimp.  Melt butter.  Brush both sides of 

won ton with melted butter.  Press into greased mini-muffin pan.  Bake at 350 

degrees until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Chop remaining shrimp.   Combine cream cheese, chopped onions, Worcestershire, 

Mozzarella and chopped shrimp.  Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning to taste.  When 

combined, it resembles a cheese ball.

Fill baked wontons with cream filling.  Place one whole shrimp on top.  Again, 

sprinkle lightly with Old Bay seasoning.  Return to oven and bake until filling is 

bubbly, about 10-12 minutes.  Makes 24 appetizers.

Vegetable Pizza

Two 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

Two 8 oz. pkg. Crescent rolls

4 oz. Ranch dressing mix

Raw vegetables of your choice

Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:  Place Crescent rolls on greased cookie sheet.  Press edges together.  

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.  Cool.

Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Spread the 

cream cheese mixture over the cooled dough.  Garnish with raw vegetables. Top with 

shredded cheddar cheese.
