Nancy’s Cheese Ball
/16 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. package Buddig dried beef
3 T. chopped onion.
Directions: Mix together to form a ball. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
Comment: The brand of dried beef matters. The Buddig is best. Some prefer more
onion or beef. Whatever suits your taste.
